1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by StanHattie LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Services

StanHattie LLC operates a portfolio of products and services including but not limited to ArtDrop, Glow Up Works, Gnomes on the Roam, DSM Grants, BikeFinder, SelectDrive, LocalShop, Spoolback, VoiceMemoir, GeoSnap, and DomainKit. Individual products may have supplemental terms that apply in addition to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

Some of our products require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use automated means to access our services without our written consent
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and trademarks on our websites and in our products are owned by StanHattie LLC or our licensors. ArtDrop is a registered trademark of StanHattie LLC (Serial #99691310). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Purchases and Payments

Purchases made through our products are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, Square). All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Specific refund and cancellation policies are set by each product and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to our services. By uploading content, you grant StanHattie LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

9. AI-Powered Features

Some of our products use artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, or analysis. AI-generated output is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

10. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with third-party services (Shopify, Printful, Printify, Gelato, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STANHATTIE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StanHattie LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
