SMS Terms and Consent

This page describes the text-message program operated by StanHattie LLC from the toll-free number (833) 278-5002. It is the consent disclosure for that program and the place where customers can review the terms before opting in.

Who is sending the messages

Messages are sent by StanHattie LLC, an Iowa limited liability company located at 731 SE Alices Rd PMB 1035, Waukee, IA 50263. Each message identifies StanHattie LLC or the relevant StanHattie product (for example ScanRaise) as the sender.

What kinds of messages we send

The toll-free number is used only for transactional, one-to-one messages that you have asked to receive. We do not use it for promotional or marketing campaigns. Specifically, you may receive:

  • Two-factor authentication codes. Time-limited verification codes when you sign in to a StanHattie product that uses magic-link plus passkey login and you have requested SMS as an additional factor.
  • Account security alerts. Notifications when your account is accessed from a new device, when a passkey is added or removed, or when your account contact details change.
  • ScanRaise fundraising and donor receipts. Confirmations and receipts for donations made through ScanRaise, our fundraising platform for PTAs, sports teams, churches, and community organizations.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your phone number into a signed-in form on a StanHattie product website (such as your account-settings page on stanhattie.com or scanraise.com) and confirming that you would like to receive the message type listed on that form. We do not buy phone-number lists, and we do not text people who have not entered their number themselves.

Consent is not a condition of using any StanHattie product. You can use every StanHattie product without giving us a phone number or agreeing to SMS.

Message frequency

Frequency varies by message type. Verification codes and security alerts are sent only when triggered by your activity. ScanRaise donor receipts are sent once per donation. We do not run scheduled or recurring marketing blasts on this number.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. StanHattie LLC does not charge you for sending or receiving these messages.

How to unsubscribe (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS from this number. Opting out of SMS does not affect any non-SMS communications you receive from StanHattie products (such as email).

You may opt back in at any time by replying START, or by re-entering your phone number in your account-settings page on the relevant product website.

How to get help (HELP)

You can reply HELP to any message and we will respond with contact details. You may also email support@stanhattie.com or call (833) 278-5002.

Privacy

Your phone number and the contents of SMS interactions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties, and we do not share opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Supported carriers and disclaimers

StanHattie SMS messages are deliverable to most major U.S. and Canadian mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
