StanHattie LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a creative technology company registered in Iowa, United States. We operate a portfolio of products and services including ArtDrop, LocalShop, ScanRaise, The Grant Map, Glow Up Works, SelectDrive, Get It Forged, and StanMowing (collectively, "our Products").

This Privacy Policy applies to stanhattie.com and all websites, applications, and services operated by StanHattie LLC. Individual products may have supplemental privacy notices that address product-specific data practices.

• Account information when you create an account on any of our products

• Session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity (no personally identifiable information captured)

• py_webauthn - open-source WebAuthn library powering passkey authentication (no third party; runs in our backend)
• Twilio - SMS messaging (twilio.com)
• Apollo.io - lead and contact data (apollo.io)
• Anthropic (Claude) - AI-powered features in select products (anthropic.com)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share data necessary for each service to function. This list is kept current and updated when new services are added.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

StanHattie LLC is a registered vendor with the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC). We are committed to protecting student data in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Our products that serve schools, PTAs, or other educational organizations (including ScanRaise) adhere to the following principles:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental or school consent
• Student data is used solely to provide the contracted service and is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to build profiles
• We support Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs) through the SDPC National Data Privacy Agreement framework
• Schools and districts may request data deletion at any time by contacting support@stanhattie.com
• We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect student data

For products not directed at children or educational institutions, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure API authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
